Fall Creek Counseling (FCC) was founded in 1984.
Program Philosophy
Addictions are seen as disease processes that incorporate physical, psychological, family, social, and spiritual problems. These areas all need to be addressed in providing a complete program. Individualized evaluation and recommendation aid in providing a better prognosis and successful outcome.
A treatment team of professionals form a variety of social service backgrounds is utilized. A variety of different formats allows for the adjustment necessary for personal needs.
Prompt reporting within the limits of the client’s rights to confidentiality aids in maintaining treatment coordination and client confidence.
Fees
There are no charges for orientation. We currently charge $160 for PRIME. Our fees are always maintained at reasonable rates, with sliding fees or payment plans available.
It is the policy of Fall Creek Counseling to provide affordable services without discrimination. Fall Creek Counseling works with clients with limited or inability to pay for services.
Certification
Addiction services are certified by the Indiana Department of Mental Health, Division of Addiction Services .
