Relapse is a frequent experience of any chronic disease and problems with addictions are no different. Clients with previous counseling or education can benefit from a less intensive but longer-term intervention. Goals of the program include attending two groups per week for 10 weeks, then one time per week for 12 weeks, developing a personalized recovery/relapse plan, identifying anger and communication skills, acquiring a sponsor through AA/NA and completing and sharing the first three steps of the 12 step program. Clients are expected to attend two AA/NA meetings per week.
Services are available in both Spanish and English. Relapse Prevention Programs are 20 classes of process. 12 classes of aftercare.
